Finally we have finished extending the bed quilt so it now fits on the bigger bed. The extra blue around the bottom doesn't look too out of place.

The garden has been noisy lately with the sounds of birds.

Went to Tauranga for the weekend, mainly for "The Mid-Winter Christmas Market", was pretty good but mainly food stands, thought there may have been a lot more craft stalls.

Today we went out to Muriwai Beach and the Gannet Colony.
Not many birds at the moment, nesting is from August so this will be a better time to go.
