Last season I bought a white Wisteria and planted it on our home made bicycle wheel climber, and look at it, pretty amazing for us as we really have no luck growing Wisteria.

September already and where have I been this month I hear you ask!!!
Well I have been to Christchurch and Kaiapoi (North of Christchurch) twice in one week!

Wednesday 28th September 2016
My last night in Christchurch, a few photos from the 11th floor of the Rendezvous Hotel. This hotel is one of the few tall buildings still standing after the earthquakes.





Tuesday 27th September 2016
Today I am back in Kaiapoi the weather is slightly better than last time.

After work today I went for a walk through Hagley Park in Christchurch, the blossom and daffodils are stunning at this time of the year

New Zealand's largest public sculpture, Fanfare, 2004/15 by Neil Dawson is a permanent landmark which can be seen standing tall over the Canterbury Plains at Chaney's Corner

Saturday 4th September 2016
Today we went down to the Onehunga Foreshore.
This has slowly been redeveloped back to a public beach, and it is good to see the birds especially the Royal Spoonbills have come back.
