May was not an overly busy month as I was feeling quite lazy.
It is dark when I leave in the morning and dark coming home in the evening, and it always seems to rain at lunchtime. So I have not been very motivated to get out and about much.
So a quick wrap up.

Today I made some of Jamie Oliver's 'Epic Hot Chocolate Mix' for the winter, and of course I had to make up a drink, and it was Delicious.
