And Just Like That.....BOOM...

July has gone!
A quick wrap up of the last couple of weeks of the month.

Sunday 26th July 2015
ARM KNITTING!!!
Who would have thought this was even possible.
But..hey..it is.
No needles were used in the making of this, and it only took 30 minutes. Unfortunately I could have done with another ball of wool, but only had 2. It might also look better if my mannequin had a head!!! ROFLOL
Anyway not bad for a first attempt.
If you want to see how to do this click this link (which is not me!)

Thursday 23rd July 2015
A storm is a brewing, but makes for a great photo.

Wednesday 22nd July 2015
Another beautiful morning in the City of Sails.
Once again I took the long walk to work through the Viaduct
There is some new artwork. Well they are actually plinths with words engraved on them e.g. High Five, First Born etc. You then stand on them or pose with them doing whatever the Plinth states on it.
Photos below, Sunrise over the Viaduct.

Below: Plinths.

Tuesday 21st July 2015
It was a glorious morning, clear and cold.
I walked the long way to work around the Viaduct in time to see the sunrise over Rangitoto

The morning glow just hitting Auckland City.
Someone has started a Lock Fence at Silo Marina (similar to Paris! but not at all on the same scale!)

A beautiful evening in the City, look at the colour of that sky!

Monday 20th July 2015
Overnight rain, and drizzle this morning made for a yukky trip to work.
It started to clear by the time I got to the city and took this photo at the Viaduct. I loovvveee this picture.
