How did that happen?
I'm not sure I even have much to share, but lets see how this goes shall we.
Saturday 1st August 2015
The Superyacht Ocean Victory has arrived for a 2 month stopover in Auckland.
This yacht is the 9th largest superyacht in the world
It is 140 metres long has 6 swimming pools (why this many? I ask myself),and 7 decks.
Plus a gym, helipad, helicopter hangar, movie theatre and beauty salon.
It is owned by Russian steel billionaire Vikto Rashnikov.
(net worth $7.2 billion)
Malcolm has just finished making this chair it is called an Adirondack.
Don't you just love the colours!
Also today the Early Cheer is out, Spring is nearly here.
...and the birdies are using their house. How cute.
I know it is only a sparrow, but it is still neat they are going inside.
Tuesday 4th August 2015
Sunrise this morning, taken while waiting for the bus.
Because the birdies now all have houses and feeding stations, we have built a butterfly house and put it in amongst the lavender.
I have planted a lot of flowers around the bottom which are supposed to attract Monarchs.
The inside of the house has small branches and twigs attached to the sides.
