Yay November

I would say then, that this must mean I am up to date......with just the December post to be done at the end of this month.
I still have that annoying cough from my cold/flu last month.
The cough ended up hanging around for 45 days......

Saturday 21st November 2015
Today I cooked up the following:
Pomegranate and Mint Lamb.....delicious.

The Meat Magazine has a competition running and if you make a recipe from the book and post the picture to Facebook you would be in the running to win a Dick Frizzell original. (I would really love one of those)
This is the picture I submitted.

Saturday 14th November 2015
The Wild Flowers are out at Waikumete Cemetery, don't they look beautiful.

Those darn chooks are back again......

Sunday 8th November 2015
Today I made this for lunch.
Fresh ham, with a poached egg and asparagus with hollandaise sauce on a toasted English Muffin. (Decadant)

Because there can never be enough photos of flowers, below are Gazania and Lavender in my garden.

Saturday 7th November 2015
Today Michelle and I went to the Taste of Auckland, it must have been the hottest day we had in a while. One of the main reasons for going besides all the food and drink was to do a Photography Class on taking photos of food.
Below are some of the photos I took

We also had our photo taken on a green screen, pretty cool.

Tuesday 3rd November 2015
Today is Melbourne Cup Day, Soul Bar was decorated beautifully as always and had competitions like toss the Horse Shoe and Stiletto throwing!

Below was outside the Oyster & Chop Restaurant

Also on my walk I found this heart painting by Dick Frizzell painted on a wall at the Viaduct

One very cool Ducati
